An Obama-nation?

It’s more than evident this election cycle that the mainstream media is solidly in the tank for Obama.  Yes, this is the year that real journalism has died. 

Few in the media seem willing to ask the tough questions of this Democratic ticket.  Recently, one reporter did ask Senator Biden a few.  Biden chimed back with responses such as, “…let’s get real here…”, “Are you joking?”, and “Who’s writing your questions…?”  They’re so used to “softball” questions that they don’t know how to respond to real questions.  Will this reporter be treated like Joe “the Plumber” has for asking the wrong question?  This campaign has tried to muzzle any and all opposing views in the media, as few as they may be, by calling on their supporters to unleash barrages of phone calls and emails upon the outlets, virtually holding them hostage, while they’ve asked that others be investigated.  The hidden ferocity of this campaign should alarm you. 

Under Obama, with a Democratic Congress and no checks and balances, we would have the most liberal government in our history.  We all should be asking questions and expecting straight answers.  Just who is Barack Obama?  How does a man with no resume, no experience, no accomplishments, and no real identity garner the support he has from the media, Hollywood, and a barrage of anti-Christian groups?  Well, here are a few legitimate questions.   

Why doesn’t he disclose where all of his campaign contributions are coming from, as McCain has?  What doesn’t Obama want you to know?  He’s failed to identify donors for more than $222 million.  The FEC is currently awaiting verification of 1,000 separate contributions, totaling $17,375, from a single donor identified as “Mr. Good Will”, among many other ACORN-like names. Why did Obama have to return over $31,000 to Palestinians?  Where did an additional $33.8 million in foreign contributions come from?  Some has been traced to the United Arab Emirates, China, Ethiopia, France, and Italy.  Federal law bans foreigners from donating to U.S. election campaigns. 

Why did anti-American Al-Jazeera TV air a Moammar Gadhafi speech praising Obama and then follow it up with a story depicting Sarah Palin supporters as racist Christians?  “All the people in the Arab and Islamic world and in Africa applauded this man,” the Libyan leader stated. “They welcomed him and prayed for him and for his success, and they may have even been involved in legitimate contribution campaigns to enable him to win the American presidency..."  The dictator went on to describe Obama as “a black citizen of Kenyan African origins, a Muslim, who had studied in an Islamic school in Indonesia.” This aired on Al-Jazeera on June 11, 2008.  Why is the Islamic world, including radical Louis Farrakhan, so thrilled about Obama?

Do you, unlike Obama, believe this is still a Christian nation?  Why does he deny ever having been a Muslim, when he was born a Muslim?  The simple facts are… Hussein is a name given only to Muslim babies, he studied the Koran and knew Muslim prayers, visited the mosque with his stepfather, and celebrated certain Muslim holidays at the mosque.  If elected, would he take the oath on the bible or the Koran? 

Are you ready to embrace socialism and see the welfare system on steroids?  The red flags abound.  Why was Obama endorsed by Chicago’s Socialist Party in his first campaign?  It was because he was a member of the New Party, a party established by the Democratic Socialist Party of America.  This sheds much light on his “spread the wealth” comment.  Even this last week, Obama stated he doesn’t regret his “spread the wealth” statement and in 2001 Obama made no bones about his thoughts on redistribution on a Chicago radio interview.   

Why hasn’t he been honest on his alliances with the likes of Ayers, Rezko, Wright, Pfleger, Khalidi, and others?  He stated in his own book “Dreams from My Father” that "… I chose my friends carefully.”   His list included Marxist professors.

Why is it that when many Obama supporters are asked why they support him all you get is “Hope and change, hope and change…”?  Seems eerily like the Stepford Wives.  I’m sorry, but I need more than that.  Why is it that so many Obama supporters call for peace and tolerance… until you have an opposing viewpoint? 

As more continues to surface on the real Barack Obama, it’s very evident why his camp wanted many to vote early.  He’s no reformer.  He’s just another liberal.  If Obama can’t be trusted to be honest with us on his past and present, how can we trust him with our future?  Be careful.  If Obama is elected you may get much more “change” than you bargained for.
