Hosts Former Governor Mike Huckabee

At Cedar Falls House Party

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE, DES MOINES, IOWA, April 23, 2007 – Iowa Christian Alliance, formerly known as Christian Coalition of Iowa, begins its 2007 series of educational house parties in Cedar Falls, Iowa.

Iowa Christian Alliance, along with hosts Greg and Lea Ann Saul in Cedar Falls welcome Governor Mike Huckabee along with dozens of Iowa’s key activists to their home on Friday evening, April 27 from 5:30 – 7:30 PM.

“We have contacted each of the 2008 presidential candidates to appear at one of the many house parties we will be sponsoring during the course of our spring and summer months. I only hope that each accepts our invitation to take the time to introduce themselves to ICA’s supporters.  We are thrilled that Governor Huckabee has chosen to take time out of his busy schedule to join us. We are looking forward to hearing his thoughts about the condition of our country and how he proposes to lead us,” stated Steve Scheffler, ICA’s President

“As we look forward to the Iowa Caucuses, we want to make sure that all of our supporters are well informed on each candidate’s position on issues important to Iowa voters.  Each of these house parties plays an important role in that educational process,” continued Scheffler

The Cedar Falls event will be held at the home of Greg and Lea Ann Saul from 5:30-7:30 p.m.

Ticket and exact event location information may be obtained by contacting Iowa Christian Alliance at (515) 971-7363 or by logging on to the website at www.iowachristian.com
