review the attached voter guide and to discuss the circumstances with you
by which it was created. It is my understanding that the attached voter
guide was not prepared in coordination with any candidate or candidate
committee and that all candidates likely to be on the ballot were given an
equal opportunity to respond to your questionnaire. Based on this, I am
satisfied that the attached guide is in compliance with all applicable
federal law and regulation, specifically including Federal Election
Commission regulation 11 C.F.R. 114.4(c)(5)."
